  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

  • Dash of sea salt
  • Dash of raw honey (optional)

  1. Start by gathering your ingredients. Ensure you have fresh almond milk or your preferred milk substitute ready to go.
  2. In a blender, combine 1 cup of almond milk with 1 teaspoon of Ceylon cinnamon.
  3. Add in one pitted Medjool date for natural sweetness and a touch of fiber.
  4. Sprinkle in a dash of sea salt to enhance the flavors.
  5. If you desire a little extra sweetness, add a dash of raw honey, though this is optional.
  6. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  7. Once blended, transfer the mixture to a saucepan and warm it gently on the stove. Be careful not to boil it, as this can affect the taste and texture.
  8. Once warmed to your liking, pour the Cinnamon Mylk into your favorite mug.
  9. Take a moment to inhale the comforting aroma of cinnamon as you sip slowly and enjoy the warmth spreading through your body.
