This is one of my favorite recipes that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, snack, or dessert! It is very simple to make and nourishing. Eat up my friends!Recipe:Ingredients:My vegan tofu ricottaFresh organic strawberriesDate or maple syrupPizza crust (gluten-free & vegan option click here)Directions:Toast your pizza crust in the oven. Read package details for this one!Make my vegan tofu ricotta recipe.Slice your strawberries.Layer the ricotta on your pizza crust, then the strawberries, and then toast in the oven on broil for 2 minutes (Or don’t, this just makes it a little crispier!).Drizzle your date or maple syrup.Enjoy!

Recipe:Ingredients:1 C cooked chickpeas1.5 C fresh strawberries 1/4 C date syrup1/4 C cashew butter (or other nut butter)Sprinkle of sea salt Directions:Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor.Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy! Will keep in the fridge for 5 days!
