The ebook contains helpful information, but it’s too short for this price. I was expecting at least a little more.
I loved reading through this e book, a lot of great information. I saved the grocery list in my photos and I use it when I’m shopping at the grocery store. It makes it so easy to cycle sync. Thanks Maddie for a great reference♥️♥️
After listening to your podcasts I felt I was really missing some major info and decided to purchase your book. I feel like it was a good starting point, but I was really surprised by how short it was and how little info was included. I was kinda expecting a bible of hormone info and felt like it was more of a brochure. Good start, but you’ve said how you’ve done all this research and learning so we don’t have to and I ended up getting several other books on the topic to help me learn more.
The content is helpful, but I felt like it was a lot for what was included
I love the cycle syncing book, I do, especially for the list of foods for each cycle. My only concern is the few recipes included, there wasn't many for the Menstrual Phase. I wish more recipes were included for the cycles. I also got the Cookbook, which has some great ideas but the instructions for the recipes are not very detailed and I found myself 'winging it' on some. That being said, both have forced me to be more creative with my foods and for the most part, my husband and I are enjoying them.
