3 tbsp raw organic honey
3 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 oz Organic Damiana Tincture (Turnera diffusa)
Gently heat the raw honey and cacao powder on low heat in a small saucepan, stirring continuously. This helps them blend seamlessly without burning the ingredients.
Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding the Damiana tincture. (Heat can reduce the potency of herbal extracts, so this step is important!)
Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla extract , mixing until smooth and well incorporated.
Taste test! If you’d like it sweeter or richer, feel free to add more honey or cacao—but keep in mind that this will slightly dilute the tincture’s potency.
