Flaxseed Aloe Hair and Skin Gel

To make this omega-3-rich, nutrient-dense flaxseed aloe hair gel, you'll need:

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup whole flaxseeds
- 2 cups spring water
- 1/4 cup aloe vera gel

Instructions:
1. In a pot, combine flaxseeds and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer.
2. Stir the mixture consistently until it thickens to a gel-like consistency (usually around 10-15 minutes).
3. Allow the gel to cool to room temp.
4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to separate the gel from the flaxseeds.
5. Once cooled, mix together the flaxseed gel with aloe vera gel until well combined.
6. Transfer the mixture into a glass container for storage. It will stay good for up to a week.

Ways to use it:
1. Apply the flaxseed aloe hair gel to damp hair, distributing it
evenly. Style as desired. This natural gel can provide hold
moisture, and promote hair health.
2. Apply to face as leave on as a mask for 10-15 minutes,
rinse, and moisturize as normal.
3. Apply to hair as a pre-shower hair mask for 20 minutes.
Rinse in the shower and shampoo / ACV rinse, whichever is
your jam!
