Lemon Olive Oil Tonic *Recipe*

This is the most delicious, anti-inflammatory tonic. It tastes like a lemon creamsicle! As a clinical herbalist, I add my own twist to this VIRAL recipe.

Ingredients (for 1)

- 1/2 lemon, soaked and rinsed

- 1/2 tbsp organic cold-pressed olive oil

- 1 mL organic herbal bitters

- 1 tsp raw honey

- 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon 

- 8 oz spring or filtered water



1. Blend together all ingredients.

2. Once thoroughly blended, strain through a stainless steel mesh strainer to get out any pulp.

3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

* I do not recommend batching this recipe, but instead to make it fresh each time for quality and purity.
