I have been using Soothe for about 7 months now and it drastically improved my painful periods. It also seemed to help my hormonal acne as my body became more balanced. This was my first time trying Crampy and it has helped so much! Including ovulation cramps and luteal phase.

I love Sleepy as it actually gently puts you to sleep and its all natural and safe.

I started taking this after I had been off birth control for a year and my periods were still irregular. I took this daily for 3 months and my period was back to normal. Continued to take it for another 3 months, then I was questioning if it really was this tincture that made my hormones balanced and normal again. And as soon as I stopped taking it, back to irregularities. Started up again and that same month back on, it was back to normal again. Ive shared with other women and they each have their own story of the benefits they received from taking this tincture. I would HIGHLY recommend the soothe tincture.

I gifted my friend this tincture because I knew she was struggling with debilitating period pain. She was prescribed a medication by her doctor for it but she came off of it to try the tincture alone. Although she said it wasn't as effective as the drug perscribed to her by her doctor, she was shocked about how fast it worked and her pain did lessen to a large degree.
Here are my thoughts on what to think about the effectiveness of these herbal tinctures if anybody has some time to read :). I don't have super professional knowledge in this area but I do think some pain/discomfort comes with having a period and even a healthy one too like in the process of childbirthing, take it as you may. An epidural can be pretty effective and lessen the pain/discomfort of childbirthing even to nill but it seems like some pain/discomfort is a valuable sensation to inform you about what is happening in your body. The discomfort of ovulation, which varies from person to person (as are so many biological phenomena) as to what is one's "normal" sensation of pain, depending on which ovary it is felt in can even tell you which one is releasing the egg! Old news to some, new news to me! In short, I really love the principle of natural healing remedies like this one because it may not eliminate all discomfort but that is to keep you in tune with your body's needs in the end. Something like proprioception (Google it, it's fascinating)! Of course a doctor's evaluation for each individual is valuable to determine if you have a healthy period but people are so much stronger than they think they are. These are products with a truly empowering application and message.

My cycle is still not regular, but I have tracked successful ovulation using my BBT while using this!

I originally purchased it because I'm a health nut but I'm now a loyal customer and keep coming back because I have noticed a marked difference in my cycle when I'm NOT taking it regulary. I’ve been on birth control my entire life and I knew 3 people who had taken Soothe and loved it. I knew to get on it 2-3 months before I was going to get off of birth control— literally for the first time since ever getting my period. I was FLOORED that 31 days after taking my last BC pill, my period returned. I know the norm is 2-3’months for it to return when stopping BC and I definitely think I struggle with hormonal imbalances— so all of this is to say that Soothe is the only explanation for the insane miracle of it returning so soon!! 3 months after having a normal period I then underwent a round of IVF— I stopped Soothe right as I started injections— but I handled it all SO well, it was minimal emotional waves or physical discomfort, and I also feel like being on Soothe for 6.5 months prior must have had something to do with it. Long story short, I’m recommending it to everyone who will listen :) if you’re thinking about it, absolutely get it!!! Just commit to a few months so things balance out before judging :))

Love it! No more bloat

I've been taking Soothe consistently for over two years and it has changed my life! Before Soothe, I struggled with back pain, dizziness, and of course, very painful cramps. It was always a dread knowing my period was coming and having to brace for impact. Since taking Soothe, I basically don't have any of those issues anymore and really don't think twice about my period. Added bonus, my cycle is regulated. Soothe is worth every dollar spent!

My cycles are a lot more gentle, this just helps me to feel in tune with myself! After about 1 year off of birth control and having meh cycles, I found soothe and started taking this for about 4-5 months straight. Eventually I got off of it because I was feeling so much better about my cycle and my symptoms decreased. I recently had 2 irregular cycles with some cramps (which is more abnormal for me) and immediately ordered a 3 month supply of sooth, and I already feeling more balanced again!

Before taking this, my cycle was unpredictable and horrible. This has made a different in regulating it so now it comes more regularly!

SO CUTE. So fun to use! I don't drink alcohol but I love shot glasses, and this one is adorable and motivating to help me remember to take all my concotions. :) It feels super solid, is good quality- I've been very happy with it.

I bought the starter set bundle. My biggest goal was to use the bitters, as I have dealt with digestion issues for several years; but I also wanted the Soothe to continue supporting my monthly cycle. I wasn't as sure about the Crampy or the Sleepy, but GIRL. I used Crampy on my last period and that stuff works like a DREAM. Also, finally decided to give Sleepy a go; SUCH DELICIOUS TIREDNESS. I was/am blown away, and I LOVE that it's herbal ingredients- my body has not reacted well to more modern day chemicals, and so I have been so so pleased to have found PLH. Highly recommend- give it a go! Worse that can happen is that nothing happens, but honestly that's unlikely, lol. Also, excellent customer service; my first set got broken in the mail, and they responded quickly and warmly and got me taken care of with another set. So. 10/10; Thank you PLH!!

Cramp works so well. I hate taking acetominaphin/ibuprofen but my cramps are pretty severe. 2-3 doses of crampy a day with my raspberry leaf tea does the trick
