Hi, my sweet friends!
It takes about 21 days to build a habit. So, let’s build a healthy one together! As you all know, I am a strong advocate for journaling/meditating, hence why I do it every day, because I have reaped the positive benefits from the practice!
Cortisol (stress) is detrimental to our bodies, our minds, and to both our short and long-term vitality. The best way to control our cortisol levels, and to decrease stress, is to meditate and to journal.
Throughout these 21 days, I ask you to take 5-10 minutes of your day to answer these short yet sweet journal prompts, and to meditate every day for at least 1 minute (the more the better!).
