Postpartum Tea Blend

This blend is supportive of postpartum recovery and helps to boost immunity, uterine toning, digestion, iron levels, and milk supply, as well as ease the nerves.


  • 1 part dried rosehip
  • 1 part dried fennel seeds
  • 1 part dried chamomile flowers
  • 2 parts dried red raspberry leaf
  • 2 parts dried nettle leaf


  1. Choose organic herbs.
  2. Combine the dried herbs in the specified proportions.
  3. Store the mixture in an airtight container away from light and heat.
  4. To brew the tea, use approximately 1-2 teaspoons of the herbal mixture per cup of hot water.
  5. Steep the herbs in hot water for 5-10 minutes, depending on your taste preference.
  6. Strain the tea and enjoy.
