Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 4 tbsp monk fruit (or honey)
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients, minus the dark chocolate, in a pot. 

Step 2

Heat the mixture slightly on the stove top and whisk together frequently, making sure to not bring the mixture to a boil. Once thoroughly mixed, remove from heat.

Step 3

In a blender, add in the dark chocolate and cacao liquid mixture from the pot. Blend together. 

Step 4

Once cool, transfer the mixture into popsicle moulds. Put in the freezer for 8 hours or overnight.
