It is gentle enough for daily use during pregnancy, postpartum, or whenever your body needs replenishment. However, if you are pregnant, please consult your midwife or practitioner trained in herbal medicine.
Iron-rich foods are always the best and most efficient way to maintain healthy iron levels, particularly heme iron, which is found in animal foods such as grass-fed red meat, liver, poultry, and sardines. Heme iron is more readily absorbed and utilized by the body than plant-based, or non-heme, iron sources.
These Herbal Iron and Mineral Gummies are not meant to replace iron-rich meals but to complement them. They offer a gentle, herbal boost of minerals and plant-based nutrients to support daily vitality.
Nettles + Dandelion Leaf: deeply mineralizing and iron-supportive
Raspberry Leaf: tones and nourishes the uterus
Rooibos or Amla: natural vitamin C to enhance iron absorption
Blackstrap Molasses: dense plant-based iron and trace minerals
Herbal Supplements for Women's Health
Herbal Infusion:
2 tbsp dried nettle leaf (Urtica dioica)
1 tbsp dried dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale)
1 tbsp dried alfalfa leaf (Medicago sativa)
1 tbsp dried raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) (optional, for uterine and mineral support.)
Finishing & Gelling:
1–2 tbsp blackstrap molasses (rich in plant-based iron + minerals)
1 tbsp raw honey, maple syrup or date syrup
1/4 tsp Amla (Indian Gooseberry) powder
A splash of vanilla extract (optional for flavor)
3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin (or 3½ tbsp for firmer gummies)
While warm (not boiling), stir in molasses and honey/date syrup until dissolved.
If using amla powder, add it once the liquid cools, along with any optional vanilla.
In a small bowl, sprinkle 3 tbsp gelatin over ¼ cup cool water; let stand 5 minutes.
Stir bloomed gelatin into warm herbal mixture until smooth and fully dissolved.
Cut into 1-inch cubes (~1½ tsp each).
Store in a glass jar, refrigerated, up to 10 days.
General wellness: 2 per day
Low iron: 3–4 per day
Take after meals for best iron absorption.
