When my thoughts are going wild, I love to journal. More specifically, I like to group my thoughts by categorizing them as past, present, or future. From there, I can see what is truly important, the present. I then look to see if these thoughts are rational or not. If they aren’t rational, note this, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢 𝙜𝙤.
Whenever I am doubting or criticizing my self worth, I like to journal at least 3 things I love about myself and 3 things I am grateful for. I do this every morning as well! It is a GAME CHANGER when it comes to mood improvement!
